No need for a boat ramp at my uncle's house, just drive it off the trailer! This is my boat in his back yard high tide this afternoon on pages creek!!

Today was bad at high tide, had wind driven waves breaking over the fixed portion of the dock. Had to rescue a neighbor's jet ski that got knocked off the lift and was floating around. Tomorrow may be worse given the projected rainfall

I got stopped by high water about a mile short of the ramp. Disappointing after a 6 hour drive.

I hope you're wrong, but I'm afraid you're not. I generally don't have good luck after heavy rains or in really stained water. And it can't be helping the oysters any either.

The background is south Figure Eight Island/Masons Inlet. Usually a lot of marsh between the ocean and ICW.[/img]

The guy that sent me the pic I posted also posted some more on Facebook during the night and he had minnows and either a small eel or snake in the bottom of the man cave
